Growing up, I was surrounded by construction and entrepreneurship. My family owned and operated a successful general contracting company, and from an early age I learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and building something that lasts. Those experiences shaped the way I approach business today.
Over the years, I built businesses of my own and eventually found my way into marketing. While the work was rewarding, something always felt missing. It wasn't until I discovered real estate investing that everything clicked. It combined my background in construction, my entrepreneurial mindset, and my passion for creating solutions that genuinely help people.

Willy is our miniature schnauzer mix and a beloved member of our family. To say that he is our world would be a huge understatement. A few years before starting this company, we lost my wife's mother, who adored him. She affectionately called him "Silly Willy," and the name stuck. When it came time to build this business, we knew we wanted to honor both the joy he brings to our lives and the memory of someone who loved him so much.
